Awesome app, its has a plethora of workouts. It adds a nice touch with the build in rest timer, allowing one to focus on their workout with out having to look at their phone all the time

JEFIT makes it easy to develop and keep a gym routine. I definitely have noticed results using this app. Whenever my routine gets a little stale I add in a new exercise with ease. I have had no issues with the updates, in fact the ability to lock the screen in the app was a welcome addition. If you are a beginner or finally heading back to the gym I highly recommend this app.
For a beginner weightlifter, I found this highly instructive when trying a new workout or machine. I was able to customize everything I wanted to do and track my progress on a certain workout or even whole workout.
Havent used this app in 2 years. Much improved
This app is perfect for tracking weightlifting workouts and progress. Most useful app on my phone along with my macros+
Simple, easy to you, and without a doubt the best workout tracker app out there!!!
This app has been good for logging my lifting. This update however has made the app unusable for logging further workouts. I did an on-the-fly workout yesterday, and when trying to finish the workout the app crashed. When the app restarts, the data from the workout is still there. Repeated attempts to finish the workout only result in crashes, including the forced timeout. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but the problem persists. I didnt see a report an issue in app.
Update #2: After uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times I was able to use it again. I tried the Apple Watch function with this version. Its very buggy. Some exercises (like planked) arent supported with the Apple Watch. For the exercises that are the watch is constantly struggling to communicate with the phone. Sometimes it will skip the exercise youre doing and other times it just wont be able to communicate at all. I seriously like this app but the more you use it the more difficult it is to ignore the glitches. Update #1: They recently updated this app. It looks great. They added some functionality and made it look really clean. Unfortunately its buggy. I did one of my standard workouts but I didnt close it after I was done. Usually when I open the app the next day it just tells me the workout is being closed automatically. No big deal. Since the update though it froze the app and eventually after waiting several seconds the app crashes. I emailed the company for support twice but they havent responded. This went from a 5 star app to a useless icon that just crashes now. The lack of customer service isnt a good thing when theyre putting out new software like this. Original: In general I like his app. It lists a ton of exercises so its easy to change things up and try different ways of targeting muscle groups. When you log an exercise as park of a workout it shows you what you did the last time you did that exercise (weight and reps) so you know where to start without scrolling through all the exercises of the last week. There are also charts that show you how youre improving on each exercise. Finding the charts is a little strange though. When youre doing an exercise in a workout and you click the "rest" button for a 60 second count down there is a small icon at the bottom of the "timer" window that will expand to show you what your 1RM (1 rep max equivalent) was he last time you did the workout and what it is this time. There is also an option to open a chart to show your 1RM and total volume over the previous weeks or months. Unfortunately on my phone the axes numbers are too small to read. Its still good to see that things are improving though. In general though I recommend this to all of my friends.
Well rounded app, has everything you need to track your workouts and progress. It even allows you to create your own exercise names.
Easy to use and jam packed with exercises! I really like that I can create a workout schedule that includes all the days of the week under 1 routine. The rest timer is a great way to keep you on track. Thanks for this app. I dont walk into the gym without it! Awesome job!
The title says it all
I have used JE Fit for a while now. I paid for the pro version and its definitely worth it. I love all the charts and tracking. Im still finding new ways to utilize the app.
Used to remember sets organized in my online profile (6x15, 6x12, etc) Now, some update makes all reps default to 15. Still shows up correct as customized exercise, but goes to 15 for some weird reason. However, the Pro version of this app works perfect.
I love this app, easy to setup routines, add reps/sets on the fly. The weekly and monthly summary helps a lot.
Its very helpful!!
Use it everyday, such a great app!
I use this one every day..... I just wish it would link to the Apple activity app. Beside that, I love it.
Minus the update that didnt keep a few weeks of workouts, I truly enjoy having this available, it is easier and less cumbersome than writing on a pad or notebook. I also enjoy being able to create a routine personalized for me. And it doesnt take up space on the phones memory.
So far this is the best app I have tried. Has just about every exercise I do, and allows me to add ones not in their catalog of exercises. Wish there was a better timer function for interval work but perhaps I just havent figured it out yet. Been using app for about 3 weeks now.
Thats what this app is for. A friend told me about this when I was doing much more "painful" workouts and now I have more fun, spend less time in the gym and get better results based off the tailored workouts I choose using JEFIT. I love the timers and notes section and how it lets you know what you need to lift to set a new PR.
